Vacare Deo:
A vacation with God
a most awaited Sabbath
when He is truly Lord and God,
and we are His children;
He the Creator,
we His creature
so beloved
coming home to Him,
back in Paradise.

Vacare Deo:
A vacation with God
to be with Him,
to experience Him,
to find and listen to Him,
not that He is lost
 but because
we have drifted
and turned away
 from Him.

Thank you for finding me,
O God,
in making me stop
 to find myself anew
to enjoy this beautiful journey
with your gift of company;
breathe in me your Holy Spirit
to fill and animate me
with love and passion
in finding and following
Jesus Christ in everything
especially within!
